Piscle Proviewer

I never recall having seen this piece of software before. It’s a document viewer that claims to be able to do images, PDFs and MS Office docs, all natively. There’s no demo to download, only a link to an online demo. Costs almost US 30, and without a demo, I’m not sure who’s gonna take the risk plunking that amount of cash without taking a test drive first. Is it stable? Will it be fast enough? Is 5-way nav supported properly? Will it actually work on my device?

Currently supported devices are the TX, Treo 650, LifeDrive and Tungsten E.

Yeah, I’m pretty pissed that I can’t try this thing…

Hmm. Screenshots look like the "unofficial version" floating around earlier. So I guess it's based on it. My main concern is the memomry and Dbcache requirement.

Wow doc, so quick to click the 'purchase' button? Smiley

Anyway, here's a link to 1src where they're discussing it.
