Jaring Broadband goes nationwide

Jaring Broadband goes nationwide.  However when i open www.jaring.my, no information at all about that.  The coverage areas are still in KL and putrajaya.    .

Anybody got further information?

From what I understand, wherever Streamyx ADSL is avaiable, Jaring ADSL should also be available - its some licensing agreement with TM (probably forced upon TM by the Gomen! haha) Have not called them up yet but this is good news for the broadband seeking public.
Less of this "not enough ports" nonsense..

I totally agree. TMNet wastes too much money on promotion, marketing and branding. But when people actually subscribe, "No, ports". What bull! Then the person in charge has the nerve to ask you to "wait till someone unsubscribes". Wait la now, I suggest anyone asked to wait should just go wit Jaring instead.

I think i need to check with 'Anjung Internet Jaring' tomorrow.  Sadly my new house has no Streamyx coverage too.  So the hope for Jaring broadband coverage to be there is very low.  Hope for the best.

BTW any of us crazy enough to leave our wi-fi access wide open?

My father left his AP wide open 24/7. Even the Telecom office across the road make use of his wi-fi access!

Yeah, plain sad story. They have the same coverage (maybe less?) as Streamyx.
