Please help on treo650 hotsync problem

Hi guys, my name is matsham. i recently own a treo650 and a new desktop pc at office (using win XP). treo650 is just a wonderful device. the only thing that worry me is that i can't hotsync with my office pc but not a problem with home pc(also using win XP) . Everytime sync treo to office pc, it will become stuck at syncronizing carrier profiles2 (on treo screen). FIY i also install aeroplayer in my treo, it also stuck at syncronizing vorbis.ogg plugins, i feel so insecure if i can't sync my office with my treo, please help

I have no idea but I wonder if an internet connection is necessary for those files you mention? Is your office PC connected?

tq for ur input palmdoc   , my office is internet connected, why? do u have any solution in mind?

Dunno. Perhaps try uninstalling the Palm Desktop,reinstall and sync again?

it still the same, palmdoc. I even try the latest version of palm desktop for windows xp pro but still not working, then how? mine is win xp pro service pack 2
