Help with Internet purchased software

Hi,

I recently purchased compression software for Palm, Flyzip, (www.fly-zip.com) via internet.  I have received confirmation order from the company and the purchase has been recorded on my credit card statement.  However, it's been few weeks and I still have not received the serial number promised.  I've sent few follow-up emails to company but there's no reply.  The order was processed thru eseller but eseller refused to assist and keep asking me to contact the developer directly.  Did anyone experience such problems?  Appreciate if anyone could point out potential solution to this.

Try ask the developer the serial number using  alternate email or give them alternate email address. It happened to me before when the developer has sent the serial number but it couldnt get through to my office email because something has blocked it. lf you used yahoo email try check your bulk folder.
